Fiblon has chosen a strategy of steady and healthy growth. This means that we do continuously invest in cutting edge, effective equipment. At the moment the average age of our machinery is only 3.5 years.

Our main machine suppliers are for example Bretting Manufacturing Company, Servotec GmbH and Hobema Maschinenfabrik.

Our multiline machinery has an annual output of hundreds of billions of units. Our production runs 24 hours a day in four shifts and we convert approximately 25 tons of disposable products every day.

Our machinery is built to be as flexible as possible. This enables us to react very fast to the constant changes in the disposable market. This flexibility also applies to the range of packaging.

We can print up to 8 colours which guarantees that we can produce an extensive portfolio of designer napkins.

Fiblon’s production facility measures 7.000 m2.

All operations take place under the same roof. This of course saves costs not only for us but for our customers as well.
